Webcam Not Working
If your webcam isn't working with the photo booth, try these steps.
1. Check camera permissions
Make sure you've allowed camera access. See our camera permissions guide for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
2. Close other apps using the camera
Zoom, Teams, Skype, or other video apps can lock the camera. Quit them completely and refresh the photo booth page.
3. Try a different browser
Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox are supported. If it fails in one, try another. Make sure your browser is up to date.
4. Use HTTPS
Browsers require a secure connection (HTTPS) for camera access. Ensure you're on https://webcamphotobooth.com, not an old or local URL.
